horrible experience. Only giving one star because it's required, deserves 0 stars. my sister and I went to get our nails done for a wedding. the guy she had didn't even give her what she wanted (a full set of acrylics), and he charged her like he did. I got my full set of acrylics that I asked for from the lady I had but she didn't put enough paint on and cut my skin a couple times. but we called to talk to them about my sister being overcharged (don't realize it till we got home and couldn't go back) and the woman that answered kept being super rude and arguing with us saying that he gave her what she asked for which was a full set of acrylics and he gave her the dip powder .. she kept telling us "next time ask for a full set" THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT SHE ASKED FOR. never going here again. I highly recommend ya'll don't either, not worth the money and they'll overcharge you and lie about it and gaslight you.

My nails look terrible. I always get a simple dip service which usually takes 1hr I was there for over 2 hours. This tech disregarded everything I told her. My nails were a good length and now they are short, the dip is laying over my cuticles and are thick as hell. I will never go back and I wasted $45. Going back to my regular tech tomorrow.

I’m not sure if it’s just racism or what but they were servicing white people while I was there and refused me when I came through the door because they said my nails were too long even though I have a medium set and I got a fill-in two weeks ago, so it’s not a lot of maintenance that needs to be done. I called before coming and immediately when I walked through the door they refused me before even looking at my nails
