I've always had top quality service with Kite. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable, and the communication is amazing. Kite Tech response time and problem resolution time is very swift than expected, considering the number of calls they receive. I places a call to them on 2/20/24 for log in issues and the was resolved in matters of minutes.
