Vicki E. is the best instructor!! She explains everything with such detail which helps you understand what you should be doing and feeling while doing the exercises. She is very pleasant & super knowledgeable!

Today was my first class at Club Pilates and I had such a great experience! It was an intimate class, lights were dimmed, music was perfect, and Navaeh was bomb! She provided help when needed but also let us do our own thing. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!
