I was having a panic on my way to therapy and was turned away for being over 15 min late to a 60 min session. I understand being charged the late fee which is 3x more than my copay but very disappointed my therapist refused to see me during a mental health crisis. I needed her in that moment and not only did I not receive services, I'm also out $85. Double whammy. Any other Healthcare provider would have supported their patient in that moment. I'm so disappointed by the 15 min rule. I guess they wouldn't be able to bill insurance for the full hour and make enough money off of us. For them to have a policy to deny services during a mental health crisis is horrible. Update: upon emailing cedar ridge they have blocked me from emailing them.

I am writing this review because of my recent experience in dealing with "Management", and the negative impact of my therapy sessions. First off, management is a joke. There is none. Cedar Ridge is a shell, completely empty and only exists on paper. I tried to have something resolved and was told "I don't see what the problem is" by a very rude attorney that "is at the top and a co-owner." That's who partially owns this company... an attorney. Not a medical profession, but someone who will only try to deflect any liability or responsibility.My therapist's name was Kidd Colt.
