They do great work and they stand behind their warranties. I've had two cars tinted here. The owner, who I believe works the front reception area is always super nice and very prompt at returning messages. They have different levels of 3M tint here: Crystalline Ceramic IR Color Stable Obsidian Series Playing with the heat level display which gives you a tactile feeling of the heat transmissions of the tint, it felt like Crystalline blocked the most heat.

Always a pleasure to talk to on the phone; the first time someone was meant to come out to our house, our address was wrong in their computer, and they handled it professionally and sent another guy as soon as we figured out the issue. We've had them out twice now for two different problems, and their services are definitely effective!
Appeared professional, however, when we expressed concerns about the work that was done, he turned into a condescending jerk instead of having a conversation. Additionally, he tried to use the price of copper wire as an excuse for the shoddy work his employee did. They left a huge hole in the drywall and then reattached it crooked when they were leaving. He tried to say that because we didn't bring it up in conversation with the quote, that it wasn't his responsibility. Acted like everything was our fault when we reached out to him as the professional and subject matter expert. We won't be using them again, and will make sure the rest of the neighborhood knows about his approach to customer concerns and lack of professionalism.

We contracted with 7th State Builders for the replacement of two hinged patio doors on our home. Nick was pleasant and efficient with working up an estimate for our job. I asked that he just give me his best price up front which he did for us. We agreed to the terms and were connected with Mike to go over the project and coordinate the work. We decided to make a few changes to include the purchase of the doors themselves. Mike used his knowledge and experience to identify and obtain some awesome doors and helped us with modifications to the contract. Nahun, Hugo and Boris showed up on time and showed care for our home while attacking the project. Nahun and Hugo were the installation crew and they did a great job of removing the old doors, removing some rotted wood and rebuilding the rough in door frame before installing the new doors. I think the effort exceeded the expectations. Their can do attitude and effort got it done. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable. Communications went well and I am very happy with the final product. I would recommend 7th State without hesitation.
This was my first time at Dunkirk Aesthetics and it was fabulous! The entire staff was great! Kelly was very knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable with her. I already booked my next appointment for a second microdermabrasion before I left. I work in the aesthetics field as well and I will definitely be recommending her to others!

We had scheduled work with EcoTek at a home we are renovating. When they arrived at the location we were informed that part of the job was not something they could complete. Only half of the agreed upon work was completed as a result. We called the office with our concerns about our full contract not being fulfilled and they handled the situation respectfully and offered us a full refund as an apology. While we were disappointed with the initial miscommunication between the salesman and the technician at the scene, we are thankful to them for the way it was handled in the end and appreciate the customer service.
The best practice I have ever been to. From day one, they were welcoming and caring. The front desk staff is so kind. I have seen both NP Danielle Hudson and Amy Mcginn and I cannot say enough good things. They both listen to my concerns and take time figuring out treatments. I have never felt like I was just another patient which has happened at plenty of practices. I am sooo happy I found them. Everyone who works here is amazing!
I have been trying to get my son to go see Tony for years. Tony was a classmate. Finally got my adult son in there due to urgent need -we had a funeral the next day. Tony took us eve thru it was after hours - stayed late to get my son's hair done. My son must have liked the cut because he asked me about it again and said he wants to go back. We moved into an older home with a large pool that needed some love. I had zero knowledge of pool maintenance. Danielle was awesome to help me figure out how to keep everything looking great. We use Merrilat to analyze our water samples for the pool & recently added spa & they have all the chemicals we need on site. We’ve used them to install a new liner, a new filter, and to close our pool every season. The office staff have been great to work with over the past 7 yrs. & the guys that come out to the house have always been punctual, friendly & knowledgeable.
Ruby is very scared of her appointments through no fault of Calvert Animal Hospital. They are so patient and kind to her, even though she is trying to bite and has to wear a muzzle. I wouldn’t take her any place else!! Thank you for the great attention and kindness to my bad little dog❤️
Our water heater wasn't working one day when we tried to take showers. All cold water in the dead of winter and after one of the biggest snow storms in a while. Water was freezing. We couldn't get anyone out the same day but the next day we had an appointment for another plumbing and heating company (not to be named) and they came out looked around, checked the fuses in the panel and couldn't find anything wrong. After a while he determined the water heater was broken and we needed a new one. $5000 charge smh, mind you this house was built 5 years ago. Any who we called for a second opinion and over the phone James Severn trouble shooted with us and found out the breaker in the garage had blown and needed to be reset. The button was press and the heater came on immediately! God bless you James! In a difficult time you saved us $5000+ dollars! Thank you so much!
