All of the staff here are amazing! They truly care so much, and help with all concerns. Even when I am unable to get an appointment, they make sure to call me and help me through any issues I have. I highly recommend!
My wife and I have been clients of Town & Country Animal Clinic in Olney for a few years and are so pleased with their excellent care and service. Yesterday, after much agonizing, we took our beloved Teddy (Wheaten Terrier - 14 years) for a consultation with Dr. Wilmot before having him put down. I called for an appointment yesterday morning and they were completely booked for the week but the very competent and caring lady on the phone (Christina, I believe) said she would check with the vets on duty and call me back, which she did a few minutes later. We are very impressed with the responsiveness and attentiveness of the staffs at T&C. We could always get the needed medication in time from T&C. We especially are grateful to Dr. Moran’s care for our dog Bear.She would call in the eve is to check on Bear and gave us many advices. And it’s her attention to detail that we were able to send our dog to emergency care in time to treat his acute CKD. The consequence would be unthinkable if we were 12 hours late in receiving his blood work results from Dr. Moran.Thank you Town and Country keep up the good work.
