The facility is very clean, well-equipped, and staffed by professional and friendly employees. Many members have noted that it is not crowded, allowing for easy access to machines with little wait time, even during busy hours. While there are some areas for improvement, overall, Onelife Fitness is considered the best gym in the area, offering great value for the money.

I love coming to One Life everyday. The instructors are terrific and the variety of classes motivate me to consistently come to the gym. The facility is very well run and sparkling clean. Nothing better!
