Chuck and his team did a complete replacement of our split system. It took them less than a full day to complete and the installation was VERY clean. These guys know what they're doing.

At every step of the way they were communicative, thorough and courteous. If you are in the area of Montgomery County MD, this is the company to work with. There are plenty of other outfits around that will put your hvac installation below their other internal priorities- KCK went out of their way to make us feel like our project (emergency replacement) was a priority for them.

First and foremost this is a family operation . I have witnessed their growth ! I appreciate their efficiency, hands on “ education “ regarding the appliance issue ! Love that he involves his children and teaching them the trade ! Hard workers ! Honest ! Earnest and reputable! You can expect an honest observation and Quixote when you work with !

Chuck came out within just a few hours on Christmas Eve to save the holiday. Heat was out and the temp in the house was down into the 50s. Excellent service and responsiveness and they fixed the problem in short order. Can't recommend KCK highly enough.Services: HVAC system repair
