“I’ve been training with Compel at Crofton for over three years and it’s helped me maintain a discipline and rigor that I couldn’t have achieved otherwise. The trainers here encourage me and follow my progress, making sure that I am challenged as much as I need and can handle. My current usual fitness coach Adrian is an energetic guy who is really helpful and provides me all the useful tips and guidance that I need to help me going. He helps me see how much I have achieved and how to keep doing more.“
“I have previous Krav Maga experience from another gym and was looking to transition to a gym that aligned more with my values and beliefs. I attended several upper level classes at Watchdog, as well as the cardio kickboxing classes and definitely enjoyed them. Those cardio kickboxing classes were super challenging and fun. The upper level classes were great as well, though I noticed minute differences in the Watchdog techniques than what I'd previously learned. I liked the Watchdog take on things, but had a hard time transitioning my style after having slightly different training for so long. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed the martial arts classes, and the instructors were as nice and welcoming as they were experts in the discipline. It reminded me of better times at my past gym, and I felt good whenever I was at Watchdog. Alas, by the time I signed up with Watchdog, I was burned out on the discipline, and I ended up canceling my contract. However, if I ever get the urge to do Krav again, Watchdog is where I will go. Definitely recommend.“
“Mr. Larry Lee has been my personal trainer for 11 years. I am a senior citizen with mobility issues. Larry has kept me physically fit and able to do all I need to do. He keeps me safe while increasing my strength and flexibility.“

“Great full service and friendly boutique gym. Joined because work schedule mandated a gym which was open at 5AM. Usually share the 0500-0600 with maybe 1-2 others. Have come to appreciate more and more ease of use and availability of bottles waters, celcius and vitamins in a pay as you go format.At a little over a buck a day- it’s the best value for the money for sure!“

“All Sport Kids Academy over at API My daughter started taking soccer with Coach B over at API. I just love the program and she wants to go every day. Coach B is very gifted with young children and the coaching and games that she does keeps it fun for her. I will sign up for some of her other programs and have already told my friends. Go sign up you and your child will love it. By the way my daughter is only 4 and I will sign my almost 3 year old up in Janurary.“

“Where should I begin?! I had been on the fence about trying CrossFit, having been intimidated by a few boxes I tried. But Old Line changed my perception completely!
My experience here has been very pleasant, from the very first email/text inquiry I sent them, to every class I have been to. Annie has been very prompt in setting me up for a free drop-in class, the subsequent Foundation classes, and initiating my membership. Melissa is a personable coach who is very patient with my questions (and over-thinking mind) during the Foundation classes. Jason is super knowledgeable in correcting my forms. Every coach I have met is very professional and approachable. The class-goers are diverse. The WODs are carefully planned with a huge variety. The classes are well structured with scaling options.
The facility is very clean, organized, and HUGE with a nice lounge and 3 bathrooms/showers.
They use Wodify to help you reserve/sign-in to classes, track your progress, check out the leaderboards, and even look up movements/techniques. Their website is up-to-date with membership options that include pricing - a feature that I really appreciate, because not that many boxes have their pricing listed anywhere.
Besides CrossFit, they offer open gym, yoga classes, CrossFit Kids. They also host a plethora of community events and training.
I highly recommend Old Line CrossFit to anyone who is looking for a clean and well-equipped box to workout with a team of professional coaches and friendly athletes.“

“If this gym was a sandwich, it would be a turkey sandwich. But! It would be a very nice turkey sandwich made of the best ingredients from the farmer’s market. Two basic ingredients for a good gym are equipment and a healthy/positive environment. This gym of course has both of those things but it’s just better.
There’s equipment here that’s difficult to find in most commercial gyms like a belt squat and the rogue reverse hyper rh-2. For equipment you can commonly find in commercial gyms, chiseled’s gym equipment is simply better since they have arsenal equipment.
I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now and found practically everyone to be friendly here. The management team and staff have been great too. I appreciate that they are constantly improving the gym. Anything from rearranging the layout of equipment to major projects like updating the floors and lights. Also I had a billing issue where I was at fault since my credit card expired and I failed to update my info. I was willing to eat the auto penalty fee, but I was refunded the amount after updating my info with the help of the staff who kindly notified the owner.
Just like a turkey sandwich, a gym can be just as basic; four walls, roof, barbells, weights, and people. This gym might be made of the same ingredients as others, but it’s not of the same quality. It’s a good gym.“
