Updating this review. The staff and management reached out. As mentioned before I was late, but upset due to the inflexible nature of the situation. They have been understanding and discussed their challenges in detail. I have (probably exhaustively) explained my issues with some of their procedures. But I am happy with the adjustments made and appreciate the staffs efforts. So am adjusting my review.

The staff to the doctor was very helpful, patient and kind. Informative and explained everything to me. They asked me, instead of telling me what was needed, which I appreciate. Just like a car salesman if he tells you too much needs done, chances are it's half.Either way, I'd protect my cats but they are honest and up front and that means a lot when my pets care is on the line.
I've always taken my pets to Odenton Vet Hospital, and trust the Vet and the Staff with them 100%. The office Staff is helpful and friendly. Dr Sinclair and her Vet Staff - simply put just excellent! Dr. Sinclair is thorough and always explanations in terms to be understood. I'm sure my Lady is always in good hands at Odenton Veterinary Hospital.
