“When it comes to "firsts" there can be hesitancey when trying something new, that hesitance is easily dispelled here at Chesapeake AIM.When you live with pain you don't realize how accustomed to it you are, this was my case for five years with lower back tension/lockups and flare ups. "Muscling through" was no longer working and I opted to seek out accupuncture as a means of help.The folks here are exceptionally inviting, warm, caring and make it clear you're not only in an atmosphere to heal but an atmosphere that is glad to have you. Assisting with any concerns, listening and understanding your specific ailment as best as they can? In my case, it eased what little concerns I had immediately. As wordy as I am I fail to find words enough to describe how outstanding these individuals are.For the first time in five years I experienced what it was like to not have pain. “I have heard that you are supposed to grow out of things like horribly bad skin well after puberty ends. Apparently, my face never got the memo and we have been in a constant battle ever since. Deciding that I did not want to continue this battle into my 30's, I came to Longevity Medical Spa for help. I actually ended up here on accident for a completely different thing but found out I read the Living Social I purchased deal wrong. Having already paid for said deal, Dr. Baltazar did not fault my ignorance (ie. lack of reading) and talked to me about other issues eventually landing on my major issue: my face. We settled on doing the VI Facial Peel and despite being a little Oompa Loompa-ish for a couple of days and then peeling like a banana for two more, I am very happy with the results. With a follow up treatment of microdermabrasion, it has given me even better results. My face seems to have done a 180 and we are peace for now.
