Owner, Craig Charpiat, is very honest and fair. We had to expand the scope of the work and he charged a very fair amount for change order. The carpenter who did our job was very skilled and meticulous. Highly recommend. We are very happy with the job.
Our experience with LKC was fantastic. Craig was the point person to discuss schedule, cost, etc. He is straight-forward and very easy to talk to. Milton is an artist. Our portico replacement was not treated as a quick construction project, but a work of art. The roofing team and gutter team were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them for any home projects you have.

I recently hired LKC Construction for a deck project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Owner Craig and carpenter Milton were exceptional. Milton was incredibly precise, using tools like a tape measure, plumb line, and angle measurer to ensure every detail was perfect. The deck had some challenging aspects, but Milton handled them with expertise and care.
Not only did they always show up on time, but they also did exactly what they promised. The pricing was fair compared to other options, and both Craig and Milton were very pleasant to work with.
