“Screen Installation on 2 gable vents where one of those vents had a large electric blower covering it. It was a hard job on a ladder which took a skilled technician to do the job. He did an outstanding job installing the screen and wood framing around the screen requiring custom fitting on each frame section. His other helpers on the floor prepared the material and handed it up to him as needed. Together, everything was done to perfection in a surprisingly short amount of time. I have nothing but praise for the Fichtner Company and their work.“

“This spring, it was time to take in a deep breath and budget for a new roof for our 128-year-old historic home. We got referrals and recommendations from trusted sources and selected 5 local roofing companies to consider. After on-site meetings, reading online reviews, verifying BBB accreditations and checking for complaints, we chose Walter Brown Services to do what we knew was going to be a big job. Bob (their sales rep) spent a lot of time explaining the process and everything we could expect. The on-site project manager (Flaco) supervised a very efficient 7-man crew (who worked until dark to get the job done in one day). They took great care to protect our many gardens, and Flaco brought back a small crew for another half-day to ensure the job was perfect and clean-up was thorough. And a shout out to Sarah and Melissa in the office who did a great job helping us tie up the paperwork when the project was over. This was a bit of a complicated--and expensive-–job, and as the trucks rolled into our driveway bright and early Monday morning, we hoped we had chosen the right company to take it on. Now completed, we are delighted to say we did! Everyone involved was professional, respectful, courteous; there were no surprises and there were no problems. And they did a terrific job. Even our neighbors have stopped by to tell us how great our roof looks. We now can be confident that our roof will protect our home for decades.“

“If you need your gutters cleaned Labi should be your #1 choice. He is responsive, professional, diligent, communicative and does fantastic clean-up. We used to use a well known local company that never really communicated clearly with us on the condition of our gutters but would upload random "before and after photos of our gutters" which would only be accessible for a month. We never had time to look at them immed and b/c the guys they sent to do the cleaning did not like to talk we never really knew if there were any issues! Labi is the total opposite and we are very very happy. He will be installing new Leaf Relief gutter guards for us shortly at a very reasonable price so will update my review again when that installation is done. What a rarity it is these days to meet someone who genuinely enjoys their job and is fair and honest and extremely pleasant:):)“

“Had some wind damage recently and called Bob Tuttle to see if he would handle a small job. He came out that evening, did a quick repair, and promised to return to do a proper job. He did so, and not only fixed the problem, but inspected other areas of the roof and did some preventive maintenance. His fees are more than reasonable, and the quality of his work will warrant further calls in the future.“

“Very professional crew , that was able to walk me thru the process of getting my roof replaced making a insurance claim due to damage from a storm . Was fixed in a timely manner and they upgraded my shingles to an architectural shingles that look better and and last longer . They were able to deal with my home owners insurance company directly . After I made the initial claim they took care of the rest . My roof looks great and I get many compliments from friends when they come over . Highly recommended and will be referring them to all my friends and colleagues. Then a week later we had another storm blow thru and a big tree branch fell on my detached garage and put a hole in my garage roof . “Ken from the Gutter Guys came to my home to give an estimate for some gutter work. He was right on time and identified himself. Ken was very cordial and patiently listened to the explanation about the over washing gutter issues. He made several recommendations for approaches to alleviate the water issues. His suggestions were to have the contractor who originally installed the gutter guards to remove them and install an additional downspout. His suggestions are correct. We are contacting Miss Utility to start the repairs' process. Highly recommend Ken as a craftsman who is honest in his appraisals.“
