“I was so stressed after the rains we were having at the beginning of the year. I was noticing brown spots on my bedroom ceiling, as well as around the skylight in the bathroom. I already knew that was an indication of a water leak somewhere, and if not taken care of could lead to bigger issues. After research on Nextdoor app, I ran across this Harriss Roofing. I gave them a call and explained my issue. The women receptionist /office manager was super helpful with walking me through the process of what to expect being a first time homebuyer and this being my first major repair on my home. OMG I cannot be happier with the service that Harriss & Co., LLC provided. They came out Jan 26, 2024 to give me and roof estimate for roof repairs and re-coating of upper main and lower front porch roof. Mr. Harriss came out and took pictures of my roof and told me all of the issues with the roof. He gave an estimate with and without the replacement of the bathroom skylight. The price was very affordable and better then the 1st estimate I received. The repair took 1 day , he brought a 4 man crew started at 8am, entire roof was completed before 1pm. After the work was completed i got roof before and after photos. You can clearly see based off the pictures why I was having leaks. Im very pleased with the after results and the professional service i recieved with this company, highly recommend service.“

“Very professional crew , that was able to walk me thru the process of getting my roof replaced making a insurance claim due to damage from a storm . Was fixed in a timely manner and they upgraded my shingles to an architectural shingles that look better and and last longer . They were able to deal with my home owners insurance company directly . After I made the initial claim they took care of the rest . My roof looks great and I get many compliments from friends when they come over . Highly recommended and will be referring them to all my friends and colleagues. Then a week later we had another storm blow thru and a big tree branch fell on my detached garage and put a hole in my garage roof . I called and told them and he sent his crew out and they fixed immediately at no charge .“

“Third time I've used CRI and cannot recommend them enough. First time, they did some work on the roof. Second time they fixed some loose aluminum siding and this time they installed new gutters on the whole house, downspouts in new locations, kick outs and splash guards. Each time they have done an amazing job and I will be doing business with them again (I already have the next projects picked out). For the gutter install, Joe came out and walked the property and gave me suggestions for the locations of new downspouts (the new drain pipes were installed by a local landscaping company). Melissa, in the office, was able to schedule the job quickly and Jose and his assistant were on site 45 minutes EARLY (this, by the way, has happened every time CRI has come to the house for a morning job). Jose gave me an estimate for how long the job would take and he finished ahead of schedule. He cleaned up everything and then walked the property with a giant magnet to pick up any loose screws (I still double checked the driveway and patio with my own giant magnet because I've punctured too many tires after running over the screw that got away...).

“I've shopped around for a company to build my deck and patio for over a year and I have to say Maryland Deck Builders was the right company for the job. My project was not small by any means with a large deck, stone patio with a firepit and seating area. Nelson and team did a great job explaining the process, meeting with me multiple times to go over options and even during the project when we hit a snag with some of the stone colors with the distributer, Nelson came out to my house with alternatives to review with me.
Nelson was also very reasonable when we had to make some adjustments and wasn't focused on nickel-and-diming
us but rather making sure we were satisfied with the project.

“If you need your gutters cleaned Labi should be your #1 choice. He is responsive, professional, diligent, communicative and does fantastic clean-up. We used to use a well known local company that never really communicated clearly with us on the condition of our gutters but would upload random "before and after photos of our gutters" which would only be accessible for a month. We never had time to look at them immed and b/c the guys they sent to do the cleaning did not like to talk we never really knew if there were any issues! Labi is the total opposite and we are very very happy. He will be installing new Leaf Relief gutter guards for us shortly at a very reasonable price so will update my review again when that installation is done. What a rarity it is these days to meet someone who genuinely enjoys their job and is fair and honest and extremely pleasant:):)“
