We were very pleased with the service Lou provided us on our recent home inspections in Frankford, DE. Lou uncovered a major problem in a home we initially had planned to purchase. Because of his expertise we avoided a potential financial set back. We used Lou for our second home inspection and were very impressed with the procedure.
