Stephen completed some work we needed on our well tank and hose bibs. He was exceptional! Courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. We had very good experience. We have used Poseidon for several projects. Strongly encourage anyone needing plumbing and kitchen/bath remodeling work to consider them. We have not been disappointed. They stand behind their work.
Stephen was great! Super nice guy. He explained the issue and how he was going to resolve the problem which I appreciate knowing the process. He resolved the problem quickly. I highly recommend Stephen as he was very polite and very professional!
When my tankless water heater suddenly quit on a weekend, Poseidon sent Stephen Moore early on Monday. He gave me the option of attempting repairs on my quite old unit, and cost of replacing with a new one.
The next day he arrived with the new one, installed it, and cleaned up as if he had never been there. I was impressed with the skill of the technician and professionalism of the company.
