Anyone can tell you to run faster, lift heavier, and try harder..very few trainers will actually care...even fewer trainers will keep you motivated...and zero people are as goofy and fun to be around...Hope is the girl y’all!!!! Get you a trainer, motivator, and friend like her!!!!!
She is very committed to your goals and determined to make you accomplish them. She was my personal trainer for about a year and I surpassed my own expectations because she pushed me to be better then I thought possible. I'm in better shape at 54 then I could have imagined. She is the best. I would highly recommend her.
