“Dr. Rick, I deleted my review since I know you saw it. I was unable to return your call on Monday per your request on my voicemail. I was extremely disappointed and upset about the issue. I have always appreciated the care and treatment that you gave to our pets and to us. I just found it very frustrating that long established clients would have that delay for a simple vaccination. I since learned that 2 of your 6 vets have left. But still hard to believe with 4 vets it would be that long of a wait. So had to make sure our dog was protected and went elsewhere. But thanks for all the care and compassion you have given us for so many years.“
