Dr. Rick, I deleted my review since I know you saw it. I was unable to return your call on Monday per your request on my voicemail. I was extremely disappointed and upset about the issue. I have always appreciated the care and treatment that you gave to our pets and to us. I just found it very frustrating that long established clients would have that delay for a simple vaccination. I since learned that 2 of your 6 vets have left. But still hard to believe with 4 vets it would be that long of a wait. So had to make sure our dog was protected and went elsewhere. But thanks for all the care and compassion you have given us for so many years.

I’m extremely unsatisfied with this place of business. The vet herself was excellent but the vet techs are extremely rude & pine view should probably think about hiring new ones. My dog has had things wrong with her ears for probably 3 days pineview told me I’d have to call everyday to see if they had an appt available. Every morning I called them and they also answered the phone with some time of attitude & they always made me feel like I was an nuisance for calling their place of work. The care is great! Cost seems reasonable. The compassion of the vets are wonderful. You can tell they don’t want to tell you your pet is sick. Dr Stephen Getz didn’t rush me. Took time to answer any questions I had. Made suggestions how to make my dog as comfortable as possible.
