“The equipment is excellent for serious bodybuilding. It is far superior to what you find at Planet Fitness. It's a gym, not a resort, which is a big deal for people who don't know the difference. It is well organized, and the equipment is properly spaced, so you don't feel cramped in. The free-weight area is great. It's a big plus if you like handling heavy weights or want to follow your own natural path of motion. If you're an older person and remember the atmosphere in gyms from the 70s and 80s, you'll be right at home. Don't buy into the negative comments. They come from people with limited experience using exercise equipment or training with weights. The cost is very reasonable considering what you get in return, and the management is very friendly.“
“I’m from out of town and took a class at BambooMoves yoga and had the most wonderful experience! My instructor, Laura, was amazing and really helped me improve and have an enjoyable, peaceful experience. I absolutely recommend!“
“Pete Johnson is the coolest trainer around. Love every session. He makes it fun and I’m getting great results. The folks at Sanctuary Bodyworks are nice and the place has a great vibe.“
“It's definitely a great studio. I thought I'd be intimidated, but that went away quickly.“
“I switched from Greater Baltimore Yoga to Yoga on York over five years ago. I go to as many Saturday morning classes as I can make it to. My favorite instructor is Jayne because of her accepting and positive attitude, the diversity in the positions and flow she guides us through, her deep knowledge of the origins of yoga, and emphasis on breathing. I particularly like the smaller class size, the pay-as-you-go system, and the workshop options offered from time to time. I've tried several other studios and this has been the best fit for me.“
“The class was very relaxing it was a good size not over crowedit went at a good pace.“
