I absolutely LOVE this office! We've been going for 11+ years and while the staff may have changed slightly over the years, they've always been good to me and my kids and Dr Shih ALWAYS greets us with a smile and kind words. We stayed with them even after moving almost an hour away. I can't see going to any other dentist unless they, "age out".

Cleaning service is quite good. The hygienists do a great job. Dr. Shih is competent and friendly. My main problem is waiting. Once called, my kid has to wait around half an hour before the hygienists get started. That is way too long! The next issue is cancellation. If you need to change your appointment, you may add MONTHS to your appointment.

Our daughter loves this place. Its amazing to see a kid excited to go to the dentist usually. She likes the people and they give her a coin she can put in a big machine like the little ones outside of grocery stores usually. Its bigger and has bigger prizes though.The staff is all nice, the place is clean, and they have a good waiting room with plenty of toys for the kids.
