Update: Today Mike came out again promptly (as usual) and repaired some major pipes behind our shower wall, replaced our tub spout, tub hardware, repaired outside hose fitting that was faulty, replaced toilet plum bob, hose bibs outside, caulked around tub. Outstanding plumbing work and service! Caulking nice and neat and straight! PREVIOUS POST: WOW! GREAT WORK! GREAT SERVICE, ACCURACY, GREAT PRICING, CARING PLUMBERS! We called WES Plumbing when our water heater failed. WES was able to order and replace the water heater right away. We needed an additional part that was on back order. Mike from WES kept me updated about the part until it was received. Once the part was received Mike from WES scheduled the installation, and everything worked out great!
