We had problems getting our project started and there were very long delays with supply chain and rain delays which got to be very frustrating. BUT Adam worked with use and helped us get the project off the ground and once the work began the results were obvious. We did a new roof, siding, windows and doors and now people walk by our house and say it is the prettiest home in the neighborhood. Adam and his team made it right and worked some long hours including weekends to get our project completed. The delay in starting was unfortunate and communication could have been much better during that stage.
But I could not be happier with how our house looks.
What an amazing experience it has been having Tri State Exterior Design working on multiple projects! They installed a new roof, laid new flooring, installed an exterior door, and repaired and replaced plumbing and shower issues. They are do excellent work promptly and professionally. I would highly recommended them!
Adam Martin and his team helped me in a difficult time. My roof was over 20 years old and I knew I needed a new roof. Adam walked me through the entire process including finding me financing for the project. He was very patient with me working on completing all the forms necessary. He worked very hard to make sure everything was completed so I got my new roof prior to a substantial price hike. With my being on a fixed income that was greatly appreciated.
