My townhouse had a frozen water supply pipe in the 2nd floor master bedroom shower that shattered. As a result, the water destroyed my 1st floor ceiling drywall, kitchen tile and hardwood floors with secondary damage in my basement. Paul, Kevin and his team came recommended through my employers and they could not have been more professional and courteous, taking the time to explain what would be accomplished step by step through mitigation and reconstruction. House fire was beyond unsettling. Living in hotel was beyond unnerving. But, having Tropea in my home was neither unsettling or unnerving. And, TRUST in Paul Marchese, the owner of ServiceMaster Restore by Tropea, his supervisor and his crew is the reason why. While the work they did was professionally done and deserves a five star rating, their kindness, respect and consideration meant by far more to me.Need be, I would hire Tropea again in a New York second!Tina Lears

I can not say enough about the service and quality of work Paul and his Team at Tropea provided when we had a last minute with a closing. No BS. No red tape. They were there within 24 hours and completed the job in order to save a settlement. They would certainly be doing all my work moving forward.
