First time shopping at this establishment. The cashier was friendly, patient, engaging, and focused with the customer in front of me, but she didn’t even make eye contact with me while checking me out, was doing other things, and just rushed me out. I thought I was going to get the same customer service as the lady in front of me, but I guess not. Cashier needs to be more mindful of how she comes off to customers of different demographics
Thank goodness this place still has The Honest Kitchen wet cat and dog food. Both local petcos by me stopped carrying the cat food and my cats LOVE the wet minced style food. This location is so close to my house we come here every other week to restock. Idk what we would do if we could get The Honest Kitchen wet food in store.
They do an excellent job with the grooming services - all packages are affordable but if you're looking to save money, they also offer a self wash station. It's the most accommodating per store in the area, I strongly recommend signing up for rewards because there are deals every day. I've never paid full price for anything yet!
