“I've never used acupuncture before. I tore my meniscus and it took me almost three months to find a doctor who could / would repair it. During that interim period I was on crutches and in pain. I had to take medical leave from work. I decided to give acupuncture a try at Resilient Health and it helped so much with joint pain and swelling reduction. After each session I had the energy to go grocery shopping and do household chores that the injury had made so difficult. Friendly staff and comfortable environment.“
