Vernon Frost came out after a heat wave in July left us with no A/C. He determined that our compressor needed a new part, and topped up the refrigerant; then recommended we consider a new heat pump/furnace & hot water heater for next year. This guy is the real deal and knows his trade!
Vernon came for an estimate, thought he couldn't do it right away on a Monday....but he did, fixed the problem within a half hour. He'll be back to fix HVAC with new humidifier, to install with service plan.
Vernon and Mitch have been doing our heating, air conditioning, and plumbing for our family for the past decade or so. They are very attentive and always respond to our problems promptly. Highly recommend.
