We've hired Alfaro's Tree Experts multiple times now and they have done an amazing job each time. During the estimate, they explained everything that needed to be done and which trees were unhealthy and needed to be removed and which just needed to be pruned. They did a great job removing three extremely large trees right near our house and grinding the stumps, removing some large shrubs, and trimming other trees. They were very careful with the machinery and very thorough taking care of everything and cleaning up. Scheduling was easy, the estimates were accurate, and very communicative about any changes we requested to the scope of work. Highly recommend hiring them for any tree work you need.
My son just got his braces on Wednesday, and Evelyn helped to prep him and also go through all the ins/outs of caring for his braces. He said she was very kind to him and very helpful. He really enjoyed working with her.
Dr Chen & the rest of the office staff is great. My son was given a full kit to help with caring for his braces (it includes everything you need!!), along with a new water pick. He was also given a $10 Starbucks gift card. :)

I rarely leave reviews but felt obligated because of the "above and beyond" service of this company, and specifically, of Elton. We unfortunately found ourselves with several HVAC and heating issues due to poor maintenance of a house we purchased. Elton has helped us several times coming to the house, installing a new A/C unit, repairing another old unit, evaluating our ducts, heating system installation recommendations. He is such an honest man, I cannot say enough good things. He has shown us time and again that he is professional, responsive, kind and his focus is clearly to help people. He does not take advantage of confused new homeowners. We cannot say that for other businesses we have come across. We are so grateful to him. He is also extremely knowledgeable. We had someone come out three times to look at why our thermostat wasn't working--and these people could not figure it out--he noted a wiring problem right away and fixed it. He is a gem of a person.
