Initially, when I walked through the doors of Mariner, I didn't really expect to get help because I had been turned down so many times before by other agencies. First of all, nothing could have ever been farther from the truth. I was treated with respect and dignity. It didn't matter that I didn't have a lot of money or drive a fancy car and live in a big old fine house or anything. All that mattered is that I was there asking for help and they found a way to help me. That is what it's all about. I was totally impressed with Helen's professional behavior and grace under pressure. She kept me informed and updated throughout the loan process.Even though there were small delays and system issues she took control of the process. This is .my second loan with is company. I will be back again if needed.
