Cecil Avenue Hair Studio is such an amazing place. The salon is clean welcoming, peaceful, relaxing, and decorated very adorable. The owner was extremely friendly, and honest with explaining details on your hair. He has so much experience, knowledge and very respectfully. Scarlett colored, highlighted and cut my hair. She gave me details on the process of what she was doing after I explained what I wanted. She took the time to make sure she knew what I wanted and explained to me cause my hair is fine it may be dry if she used a certain volume bleach to highlight my hair. She wanted me to know and shared without just doing it and I appreciated that. The knowledge and talent of Cecil Avenue Hair Studio has is remarkable. The products they used was fabulous and I left the salon so happy and they cared about my hair and what I wanted done. They didn’t rush me in and out . The services they offer are a wide variety and the cost is responsible. Such an amazing hair studio. Thank you Scarlett for your amazing talents and giving me such an amazing hair style . I have lots of compliments and will be back again.

Scarlett and Jeff are awesome , scarlett is really good with short and sassy hair cuts. The salon is very relaxing . I highly recommend.
