“I will be truthfully honest with this review. The first meeting I had with Ryan doing the estimate went great. He wasn't pushy and made us feel very comfortable with doing the fence. After we signed and paid right then and there for the fence I went to read reviews as I was excited for my new fence. I know it's a bad practice and backwards but it's what happened. I came to be very worried as this is the most money I have ever spent on a home project. I was quickly reassured of all my worries by Luke the Project Manager. The crew showed up the first day and my yard was never marked by the utility companies. With that being said Dan Dale called and had them come out later that day. So they weren't able to install the first date scheduled. I will tell you the crew was great, nice guys hard working and absolutely professional. The first day we went over the plan and talked it all out and then the second day they came and did the install when I was at work. The crew arrived around 8am-9am. I ended up arriving home around 2pm to the job being 98% of the way done. I'm assuming they went to lunch, when they arrived back they finished the final section and did a great job. After that the job site was cleaned and they were on their way. Overall I was slightly hesitant to go with Dan Dale but looking back now I am absolutely pleased with the outcome and will recommend them no questions asked.Services: Deer fencing & ranch rail installation“

“If Yelp had a 10 point scale, I'd give this a 7 instead of an 8 like the 4/5 states. So treat this like a 3.5/5. I contacted Jairo after seeing him post on FB that he's offering $300 per basic room. Being that we just needed a quick paint job done in two rooms, I decided to get him out for a quote. He quoted us $350 for our small room that needed a color change (multiple coats), and $450 for our master bedroom. Being that I thought his prices were reasonable and true enough to his advertisement, I decided to go with him. Paint and tape was provided by me. He finished both rooms very expeditiously, was very respectful of our time, and did a solid enough job. I had to redo some areas close to the bottom trim, but overall, it only took me 10-15 minutes of time to shore it up. My one complaint is that there were two noticeable blobs, one nickel sized, one quarter sized of the gray paint on the carpet. It looked like he tried to spot clean it, but it did not come out. We noticed it the next morning and found some methods to try to remedy the situation, but it's not entirely out. I wish he pointed it out to us immediately so maybe we could have gotten the stain out entirely. If you're looking for someone quick and will get the job done, Jairo does a good enough job for the price he offers.“

“I cannot recommend this company more. You know those few companies and great experiences you wish you could tell everyone about, this is one of them.
We interviewed two other companies, including one that is fairly large in this area and my wife and I are so thankful that we went with Deck Impact. They were willing to be creative and helped in the design in ways that other companies prefer to just be cookie cutters.
We have two elevated decks in a contemporary style with composite flooring and metal railings with wires. We developed wood rot underneath and called several companies to look at replacing them while removing and then reinstalling our metal railings. Deck impact was easily the most personable, detailed, and offered the most competitive pricing. Their references were excellent. We experienced their workmen as very professional, they always arrived on time and communicated extremely well with their plan for the day, they left the worksite, clean and safe for our kids and dogs who still were able to utilize the backyard.
We asked for a couple modifications during the build, and they easily adapted to our needs. They also uninstalled outside speakers when replacing our rotted deck and later reinstalled them once rebuilding tge decls, precisely where I had requested.
They get an A+ from us. Absolutely Worth a call.“
