I use to be a Red Door Spa customer here and then stayed with the spa went it switched to “Mynd Spa”, so I was excited to see a new spa opened up after Mynd/Red Door went out. Privai is great and has the same look and feel of a Red Door before they changed it to Mynd Spa…which ultimately led to the prior company’s bankruptcy. While the salon is under new ownership and is (thankfully) no way related to the prior owners, you will see some nice familiar faces as Privai has thankfully been able to hire a lot of the same staff that was let go after Mynd went bankrupt. I used to be a Red Door Spa guest and was sad to learn that they had closed their doors. But something even better came around - Privai Spa + Salon.From hair and nails to massage and facials, this is my one-stop shop for all things self-care! Highly recommend visiting them.

I've been looking for a nail salon for months that isn't in a hole in the wall style location and finally ran across Privai. It's a beautiful space thats not only brand new, but easily accessible from my commute. I also found out that they don't just do nails, but hair, massage, facials and more. After my nail appointment I booked a facial for a pre-Christmas gift to myself! Excited is an understatement.
