“they rushed through my services and didn't do a thorough job. they were not busy at all when we went on a Thursday morning and the technician that did my nails rushed and got gel polish on the skin/cuticles on six (I previously thought it was five, but it is six) of my fingers. this is dangerous because polish cured on the skin can cause allergies. they also stick fingers straight into dip powder containers and that's highly unsanitary, especially when they don't even have you wash your hands first. they also left wax on my eyebrows.“

Jade is an expectionally great nail tech/owner (I try to make my appointments with Jade). I have NEVER experienced bad service from this salon. She's patient, kind and accommodating. Patronize this establishment. What they lack in size, they make up for in quality service and lasting nails! I have been getting acrylics for 5 years straight at various places, but nothing comes to the sheer quality and sturdiness that EM nails delivers. This place can have all my money. “If I could give more stars, I would!!!!My nails were awful prior to Nady taking over. I had a pretty awful experience in Jan with my nail tech, and had not had a pedicure or manicure since. I had removed the gels and my nails wre in rough shape. In top of that, my toes looked like bird toes ? However Nady was my nail savior. It was my first time receiving "Russian" pedicure or manicure. Nady worked meticulously and dilligently to repair my cuticles and build me new nails. Then she sculpted the gel to give me a a flawless finish on my hands and feet. Thr disc cleaning on my feet left them baby soft. I will NEVER go back to the standard. For me, it's Russian or bust. I am a customer feom this point forward.
