“Appeared professional, however, when we expressed concerns about the work that was done, he turned into a condescending jerk instead of having a conversation. Additionally, he tried to use the price of copper wire as an excuse for the shoddy work his employee did. They left a huge hole in the drywall and then reattached it crooked when they were leaving. He tried to say that because we didn't bring it up in conversation with the quote, that it wasn't his responsibility. Acted like everything was our fault when we reached out to him as the professional and subject matter expert. We won't be using them again, and will make sure the rest of the neighborhood knows about his approach to customer concerns and lack of professionalism.“

“Update: Beltway Electrical Service was back again! This time to bring our House up-to-date! Did not know Smoke Alarm units should be updated every 10 years! Ours were 23 years old! We have a hard wired system with battery back up! After learning that, we decided to call them and replace all the smoke alarms. So we now have peace of mind not only for us but for the next owner. New alarms, 10-year lithium batteries and an Electrical Contractor that took the time to educate us.

First, my service call was 7:30 AM to schedule a repair, they were here by 10:45 am and got the job done, which was replacing a battery in the smoke detector of a 14’ ceiling while navigating a stairway! No one was hurt in this tricky maneuver (or property damaged). After a night of hearing the alarm chirp, we were so grateful they fit us in their schedule.
