“Although at the time I hadn’t used Design Flow we had no working AC. The reviews looked good so I thought I’d give them a try. They were able to come out within an hour from my call which I greatly appreciated. It didn’t take long for the tech to find & fix the issue. He explained the issues I may face in the future. After checking the existing system and making sure that it was running fine, they advised me that I didn't need a new system installed and should run this one until it fails. “We called Sagamore as a second opinion for our broken A/C in our business suite. They performed a thorough inspection and talked us through the issues. The other HVACcompany refused to get on the roof to inspect our system and simply told us we needed to buy $10,000 split systems because we didn’t have enough A/C.
