“Within 2 hours from calling, the plumber was at my house ready to install a new faucet due to an annoying leak. It was not an emergency, however Tyler responded promptly as if it was.I was given a flat rate over the phone of $267 (that is $50 off of the typical price - because I mentioned I found them in Angie’s List) for them to install a new kitchen faucet. It took roughly 1.5 hour - there were some tight screws/ nuts that made taking the old one out, time consuming.Tyler was genuine and kept me in the loop all the way through. He also cleaned up under my sink better than how he found it- to include little bits of dog food I missed before he came.Bottom line- prompt, professional, and personable.
