Brandon and his crew were fantastic! I called Monocacy with intention of simply having them clean my first wood fired chimney. Not only did they do a wonderful job, Brandon took time explaining everything to me and things to watch out for, went over general maintenance with me, etc. Overall an excellent experience!! Always have a great experience with Monocacy Chimney from chimney cleaning to woodstove installation to repair and even removing a bird from my chimney pipe. They are the absolute most knowledgeable in the area. I have tried several others but no one compares to their level of customer service.
Excellent and friendly service from the time they came out for an estimate until the job was completed! Had a chimney liner installed and a new crown. Decided to go with them even though they were booked out 12-14 weeks because of the estimate and friendliness of the estimator. About 3 weeks later, they called and said they had a cancelation the next day the came and completed the job. One of the installers (Pete) even touched up my woodstove paint before they left. Definitely will be my go-to chimney specialist from now on!
