“I bought an Automower from someone else who "professionally" installed it, and it gave me a new problem each week for 2 whole seasons (that's over the course of 2 years...). I never had it run long without some problem happening. Frustrated, I changed installers and brought it to Holly @ Eastern. She fixed all of its issues it in just 2 sessions (because we had to let it run in between and see what else it needed). It's pretty clear she knows what's she's doing, and she always responsive and willing to help. I can drop off the mower and have it ready same day. Don't underestimate how important your installer is folks. Automowers are pretty precise robots that need to be installed and maintained properly. You can install it yourself, but after seeing what you can run into, I think it's better to have someone who is competent (key word) do it the first time around.“
