“Our home was completely gutted due to fire. Basically we had a complete rebuild except for the outside of the structure.
Everything was so slow in the beginning when you are sitting waiting. Our Project manager Mike, did his best to reassure me once things got moving, they would be here everyday. He was so right. Jonathan and Jeremy were here everyday and were amazing. Their work is top notch and they really looked out for us. Small things that we didnt notice with vendor issues were brought to our attention. Mike did a great job easing my conerns and was fantastic to work with.
We moved back in 1 year and 2 weeks after the fire.
Please remember, these guys are doing multiple jobs and everyone wants their project done. But if you want a project that is done right, without issues, be patient and use them. Our home is beautiful.“

“We had a small project (dry wall repairs from old air vents and replacing our front door with a new one + a storm door), and I reached out to Killian’s and it was an excellent process from start to finish. The owner had his PM reach out to me, and within a few days Matthew came out and looked at what needed to be done, and provided an estimate pretty quickly. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, answered any questions that we had, and communication was great. At the end of the project, the teams left our house spotless and very clean (honestly, probably the best contractors we’ve used in regards to leaving a job cleaner than it was before)! We have an older home and a detached garage which have large, older and worn-out roofs that were both pitched and peaked in some areas and flat in others. Our gutters were out-dated and needed to be replaced. We looked for months to find a reparable contractor but were frustrated until we learned of 5 Star. They had the expertise and the proper insurance coverage and licensing to take this project. We discussed the options both structurally and financially. The approach and contract were straight forward and fair. My highest compliment is for the team who replaced the roofs and installed new gutters. They were organized, competent, diligent, responsive, polite and hard working. Not only was the structural work well done, I the finishing touches and integration of materials added to the aesthetics of our home. The result is not only one of which we were well satisfied but one that we are proud of.“

“We had some cedar siding repairs done and the whole exterior of the house stained. Alex kept very good communication through the project and he and his crew were very professional. The siding installation was done very well and they addressed other minor repairs as needed. They finished the project very quickly. Also, we added staining an interior sunroom to match mid-project and the change was priced very fairly.Excellent experience overall.
