I was involved in an accident cause by one of their reckless dump truck drivers, Steven Stull, who was sporadically weaving in and out of morning traffic. Despite admitting to hearing my honking, steven still collided with my car. It then took ONE WEEK and multiple calls to the insurance agency and Ross’ office before steven even gave a statement! (Who does that?)Steven and Ross were extremely difficult, uncooperative and unaccountable. While it may be that they didn’t want to deal with the consequences of their actions, avoidance wasn’t an option in this case. Never had to deal with them but they have some of the worst drivers on the road. Either teach them how to behave when you are driving a service vehicle and representing a business or hire somebody who respects your company's values. How many times someone leaves a negative feedback for a business based on their rude drivers?

Do not do business with this company if you like to be treated with any respect. AVOID Laurie she is very rude and will curse at you.There crews seem to be all mainly Mexican immigrants and they do not speak English. The work they have done would be rated satisfactory enough to meet code.
