Why did I choose to use JM Fletcher Heating and Air Conditioning over several other local businesses I interviewed? Excellent Service, Customer Care, and Thorough Knowledge of HVACs. Owner Chris Fletcher lives and concentrates his business in the Mt. Airy and Frederick area so he can service his customers easily. When I asked for references, he immediately gave me the names of his customers in my neighborhood. His family began the business in 1985 and now he is a single owner who takes care of his customers himself. Our HVAC is well past its life expectancy. When we called them out because our unit had stopped cooling they were very fair and discussed all options. We could spend one amount for a "get by" repair or we could put that money towards a new unit. They didnt push or try to make our decision for us. In the end it turned out to be a very simple repair. When the time comes for a new unit we will definitely be calling Fletchers.
