The Flood Department provided outstanding service! I was able to talk to them Christmas Day, and they came out the next morning coordinating their work with the work of my plumber. They professionally removed drywall and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They quickly provided me all the documentation I needed for my insurance company. Terrific local company. 5 stars
I HIGHLY recommend Flood Department if you have any mold damage. They were so quick to respond. Adam was great. He came out and handled the assessment, taking pictures of everything for insurance purposes and then returned to complete the work. So friendly and informative on what he was doing. Bonnie was also wonderful and so quick to send me the estimate for the work needed and answered all my questions and reached out directly to the insurance company and other contractors involved in the subsequent repair work required. Hopefully we will not have any additional mold issues in the future, but Flood Department will be the first number I call if we do. Thank you...read full review
