I paid $55 bucks for a rental application for an apartment listed in Manchester and Blockinger property Management has not answered a single call in 2 weeks nor responded to any emailsVoicemail is full ....Google says they are open ....starting to think this is a scam

Applied for an apartment located in Manchester paid $55 for a rental application fee and every time I've called left a voicemail or attempted to at the very least considering the mailbox is full and has been for quite some as well as multiple emails and no response
