The office was so friendly and extremely helpful. They got us on schedule very quickly. The installation crew was extremely clean and had great attention to detail. Chris at the office replied to all questions very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Bay Country floors in Mount Airy did a great job removing our old cracked ceramic tile and replacing it with our laminate plank flooring. it is beautiful, the job was well done, they encased my kitchen with plastic to keep the dust down which was wonderful. Lisa and Chris were great to work with they gave me Good Counsel, had patience and a good price. if there was a problem they came back and fixed it. We used this company in 2017 to redo some carpet in our home. There was a mixup and carpet that was meant to go into different rooms got switched. The company basically blamed the installers. And forced us to except the job but docked the pay of all the installers. I looked at the job ticket and the issue was due to bad information in the installation ticket. Also once they began touting a pro gun viewpoint we decided not to use them again. I really do not appreciate a political stance from a flooring company.
