Met with Jim. He gave me a great estimate. They started the job much earlier than he originally told me he could. That was awesome! We had a slight miscommunication, and his crew came back an took care of my issue within 24hrs. That's what I call customer service! I am very, very happy with everything they did, and am planning on calling them again for anything I need done that is tree related. Thanks so much Appalachian Tree Company!! Jack, the owner, Jim and their extraordinary crew did an amazing job removing a row of old pine trees and other dead trees; trimming other trees and their work left new landscape areas for us to enjoy without worry. They cleaned up all of the areas worked on and we recommend their reasonable services. Their crews' expertise was incredible to watch as over 40 ft trees came down flawlessly.Services: Tree stump grinding
