I had issues with insects and rodents from other apartments or the woods behind our building. I needed repeat visits so I had a contract for repeat service. They were thorough and accommodating of my schedule. When I no longer needed service they ended the service with one phone call.

We have had a pigeon problem at our rental in Baltimore that no one could shake. Another company came out to install netting to *attempt* to block off the spots where the pigeons would nest but in fact it just created more of an issue and gave them more of a space to nest. They also said a couple of the spots we wanted blocked off couldn't be addressed and there was nothing they could do about it.
