The owner showed up on time, was super friendly, very thorough with the work and prices seem very reasonable compared to other companies. His customers seem important to him and that is very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this company.
Our landlord recently switched to Zip Zap and it was by far the best service we have ever receive. Top Notch customer service from scheduling to the day of service and the technician, Jimmy, was beyond helpful! Highly recommended!!
We've used zipp zapp for a few years now. Newton is very professional. We've had no issues with bugs including mosquitoes. Pricing is more than reasonable especially given the high level of service. He just stopped by to check on the work of his tech. So friendly. I mentioned wasps on our deck and could someone look next time. He pops on his headlamp and crawls under the deck. His complaint is growing and that's always good to see.
