The crew at EIF is amazing! They tailor workouts to you and consistently help you check your progress and make modifications as needed. You will get a full body workout in only 30 minutes which is pretty much impossible to do any other way. The time under tension method is super efficient. AJ, Dave, and Collin are all amazing trainers! I have been coming to this gym for 4 months now and LOVE IT! They literally help you every step of the way! There is no other gym experience like this. It is as hands on and personalized as you can get. Highly, highly recommend them!!!!!

Working with a skilled personal trainer should be part of everyone’s health regimen, especially if they’re old enough to remember who Cyndi Lauper is (I <3 Cyndi Lauper). I always thought fitness was about abs. After suffering a herniated disc a couple of years ago, I have a new perspective. It was a slow process getting back to being able to do the things I used to do. The big consensus advice from friends was to ‘take it easy’.
