We highly recommend Capital Insurance Restorations!!! They did an amazing job replacing our roof, gutters, and downspouts and replacing our front door. We hired them as a result of hail damage. Recently used CIR to for a roof replacement. ‘Andrew worked with the insurance company to help process the claim insurance company made a very low offer, but Andrew was able to provide supplemental costing to bridge the gap between the insurance company estimate, and the actual replacement. Not sure that work would’ve gotten done without his help.
I couldn’t be happier with Capitol Insurance Restorations. Shout out to Andrew and Casey! Andrew assisted me from inspection to finished product. He was super responsive to any questions or concerns I had. He walked the insurance inspector through what he had seen on the roof and pretty much handled all technical communication. My husband and I were afraid sharp roofing nails or other metal might still be in the yard (we have dogs)…although the roofers had already gone around 2x, Casey came out to do this a THIRD time to put our mind at ease. What customer service! I recommend this company 100%!
