“I have been anmclient of Nidhi for at least 2 years. She is very kind, patient and attentive to whatever you want done. She is always willing to accommodate her customers! I have referred her to others, including my own daughters, for great threading! I get threading and brow tint - she provides guidance to make sure the tint lasts. I have also had henna done which is always beautiful and reasonably priced - she provided guidance on the henna and it lasted over 2 weeks! I will continue to visit every 3 weeks! Get on her schedule because she fills up fast!“

Trish also did permanent makeup on my eyebrows - something that I was initially terrified to do because I prefer a very natural look. Specialities: Zavia is a talented faux locs artist. I have consistently and for years left her shop with the best looking Bohemian locs in town. She is also skilled at growing your own hair underneath, especially if your goal is to grow your own locs. My hair feels healthy and is getting to a length where I will feel comfortable wearing it out. She is also efficient and I am in and out within a reasonable time - now waiting around on other clients. My time is my time and I value that type of service.“

Chloe did my Electro Sonic DF facial last August 2024 and that was absolutely phenomenal. She was amazing. Today Bella did my Signature Deep Relaxation Treatment and a scalp treatment add on. She was absolutely lovely! She has incredibly strong and hard hands for such a petite woman. She got out my knots and also focused on my face for my migraines. My scalp feels amazing. He shared my surprise about the service I received and was determined to make things right. Johnny to say the least is amazing and genuinely cares about the business and its clients.

After a consultation with Carissa at the Crofton location, I felt comfortable, understood, and at ease. She assured me that we would get this right without causing any additional damage to my natural lashes. Carissa was phenomenal and incredibly gentle to the touch.

Although my first experience was extremely disappointing, I understand that everyone has bad days. Johnny and Carissa turned my initial experience around and made it much better.
