Nelson and Darryl were at our condo in a hour after calling about our AC. They were very nice, polite, knowledgeable and patient with this older client. Very pleased with them. Will be happy to recommend them.
Jorge and his assistant were super nice. Jorge explained what the problem was, how he diagnosed it and what needs to be fixed. We agreed to the quote, and he replaced the part, and then made sure that the readings were correct once the part was replaced. He was super polite, easy to understand.
On July 24, we had B&B come to check on our non operating AC unit.They sent us Nelson who proceeded to find the problem and correct it within one hour. Nelson was very capable and pleasant to work with. HIghly recommend B&B and Nelson to anyone. Thanks!
